Exhibitor questions

Are the panels 1m each, as our 3m wall artwork dimensions are less than 3m, eg. W2,961mm

Each individual panel is slightly different size due to the nature and set up of the shell scheme structure.

For example, outside panels are slightly larger and corner panels slightly smaller.

Please check with the team if you are unsure and we will be happy to help.

My stand is 3m x 3m but you have asked for artwork 3m x 2.5m?

3m x 3m sizes are advising the width of the stand and not the height. This means, your stand width is 3m, however the height is going to be around 2.5m – depending on the stand builder.

How do I send artwork files

Please use one of the below options;

Will I receive a proof before printing?

Yes, on receipt of artwork files our team will place the artwork and the exhibitor team will provide a low res proof for your approval. Please be diligent to check the walls and stand layout as you expect from the event floor plan. Stand orientation changes will affect the flow and fit of your graphic panels.

How do I place my order, can you take my email as confirmation?

Please place orders via our website, exhibitor graphics page this allows payment to be completed by credit card. On receipt of this order the exhibitor team will contact you with an order confirmation email explaining the next steps of the process. Our accounts team will also provide an invoice receipt via email.

Do you deliver and install the graphics?

Yes, for most events our website prices include print, delivery, install and dismantle as standard. If you are getting a quote for a unique event, delivery charges may apply; please feel free to check with our team at exhibitor@fullvision.co.uk

When do you need artwork by?

Once you have placed your graphics order, your order confirmation email will contain the artwork deadline date. This is usually 2 weeks after you place your order, depending on the event date, logistics and other variables. Our exhibitor team will always be happy to advise this date for you.

Do you have a reusable sustainable option?

Yes, we offer rollable inlay graphics that can be stored in a tube and re-used. Please note we do not recommend our standard inlay graphics to be re-used as they must be stored flat (1m x 2.5m) and can be easily damaged.

I have 2 walls on my stand, how many panels do I need?

If your stand is 3m x 3m, for example, each wall consists of 3 panels so you will require 6 panels. Please note that half panels require 1 panel order, eg 3.5m will be 4 panels. Please contact the team exhibitor@fullvision.co.uk to check if in doubt!

Questions about your graphics

How to get a quote for products

Reach out to our team atĀ info@fullvision.co.uk with your brief or concept and we will do the rest!

What is bleed and why do I need it?

Bleeds allow you to run artwork to the edge of a page. On a press, the artwork is printed on a large sheet of paper and then trimmed down to size. If you do not allow for bleed, any misalignment while cutting will result with the artwork not running to the edge of the paper.

What file format should I use to submit artwork?

We can print from files that have been created using:
InDesign, Illustrator (ai, eps) Photoshop (tiff, psd, jpeg) Acrobat (pdf).

Please supply relevant assets for each format. Please Create Outlines of all fonts and embed all images, convert RGB artwork to CMYK.
